1. Zero tolerance
bored has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and results in immediate, permanent removal and reporting to the authorities.
2. Adults only (18+)
bored is a service exclusively for adults (18+). It is not directed to children and we do not allow their use. If we identify an account belonging to a minor, it is removed.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Creating, possessing, soliciting or distributing CSAM.
- Sexual contact with or grooming of minors, sextortion, or soliciting images.
- Trafficking, exploitation, or any harm to minors.
- Misrepresenting one's age to access the service.
4. Prevention and measures
- 18+ minimum age and a content rating to match.
- In-app tools to report and block any person, post or message.
- Review of reports within 24 hours and removal of offending accounts.
- Retention of the minimum information needed to cooperate with the authorities where appropriate.
5. How to report
Anyone can report a child safety concern from within the app ("report" option on profiles, posts and roulette) or by email to mcp1k.garras@gmail.com. We act immediately on the reported content and account.
6. Legal compliance and reporting to authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws. When we become aware of child sexual abuse material or conduct, we report it to the competent authorities (in Spain, to law enforcement, and to the relevant international bodies such as NCMEC where appropriate) and cooperate with their investigations.
